Susan Flores went above and beyond my expectations. Selling my house out of state and while my husband was deployed was a hard task, but Susan took on the challenge with eagerness and confidence. If I called Susan, she answered..even if it was late at night or early in the morning. If I had to leave a message (which was not very often) she always, always, always got back to me in less than an hour. Being that I had never sold a house before I had no idea what went into it and I had so many questions, maybe even too many, but Susan was always patient and with her experience had answers to all of them.
