With so many sunny days here in El Paso, this area is a golfers’ paradise. Except for the days during this time of year when it can be extremely windy, El Paso provides excellent days for those who love to golf. You can even golf in November if you like. So to the many golfers in El Paso, this may be exciting news. Top Golf may be looking to expand and they are seriously looking at El Paso at one of the expansion locations.
What is Top Golf you ask? It is an entertainment and event venue with point-scoring golf games for all skill levels. It has three levels with 102 hitting bays that can host up to six people at once. The facility also features an upscale bar food, drinks, tons of TVs and more. Recently I was in the Dallas area and got to see one for myself. It is a great place to hang out, hit a few golf balls and just have a great time. I really believe this will be a hit here in El Paso if they chose to expand here. I truly believe that developers are seeing the potential of the El Paso Market. In the last few years there have been numerous businesses that have come to El Paso. Stores that many believed did not have a place here have come to El Paso with great success. A great example is West Elm. It also happens to be one of my personal favorite stores to shop for home furnishings.
The market is ripe here and there are many business if given the opportunity can thrive in the El Paso area. I just hope that the developers involved with TopGolf will see the potential and in the next few years there may be at TopGolf in your neighborhood.
